Actually, we'll do more than just help. One of our Documentation Assistants (DA) will do the work for you. Our goal as a team of Documentation Assistants is to be sure that your business is documented for Internet search within the community where you reside and beyond.
Our team will create a marketing landing page ("MLP Page"). Then your MLP page will be extended to include a product and services catalog. We will create these extensions for you and provide continuous support updating the pages and catalogs. You will also receive a very nice mobile web app, a keyword text prospecting system, monthly progress reporting, and even a conservative monthly cash value report that clearly shows a return on your overall service investment.

Whether it's coordinating a time around your busy schedule to help you manage your online displays or helping keep your local online program looking terrific—a Documentation Assistant will remove time-sinking, online administrative tasks off of your plate so that you can focus on what's important in your own business. - Create a grouping of photos to showcase through the local business directory.

- Add a scrolling business tour with available photos.
- Configure header and large main body image for an impressive initial presentation.
- Add photo grid image specifically for your business that may be used in the Things-to-Do directory.
- Create your own texting keyword and number that the business may advertise to grow their business and collect leads right on their phone.
Help Create Your Marketing Ad Displays
- Create a beautiful services or products catalog for professionals, trades, service providers, and stores.
- Create a modern mobile web application that's promoted via your own texting keyword, that you add to your business cards, email signature, and advertisements.
- Prospect leads will be sent to the business participant phone and email so they can immediately contact them.
- Aside from business having a beautiful display catalog that will help with local and national search, they will also have a terrific prospect notification system that their Documentation Assistant will help them setup to improve overall prospecting.
- The business will receive a detailed progress report each month that the organization leaders also receive in order to verify the best business service.
- Each month, the business will be offered a link to their own Pocket Marketing Assistant app. From this app they can review their stats, votes, add a display, and even request INCLUDED service from their Documentation Assistant.

What is Dedicated Documentation Assistance?
Your subscription includes a dedicated virtual Documentation Assistant (DA). You'll work with your DA on a one-to-one basis, Your DA may even grow to know you, your work, and your display preferences.
Where will my Documentation Assistant be located?
All of our DA support agents are located in the United States and you'll work with an assistant that is assigned to your membership organization. This may change as this program grows.
Will my DA be working on the weekend?
Our DAs work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend, and your DA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
Will my DA be working on holidays?
Documentation Assistants observe major US holidays. Your Member Assistant will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions:
- New Year's Day
- Day After New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Memorial Day
- Day Before Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
How about inbound phone calls?
Yes and no. Every DA has a dedicated extension available for you to call to submit tasks (or just to check stats, etc.). However, this line is available for your convenience. Your DA cannot accept calls from other individuals or service providers on your behalf.
Can my DA edit and format my online presentation for me?
They sure can. Your DA can use our unique DisplayedRight technology to format and edit your online business presentation. Not every area is adjustable, but they know how to make it look terrific.
Can my DA work with social networking tools?
All of our DA's go through our training and readiness reviews so that they can best serve you from day one. While we do not post on your social networks for you, the system we do provide will link to your FB catalog, twitter, mobile app, and more with display information once linked.
Your DA will be happy to provide guidance and setup services to be sure all of these channels are linked and working.
Can my Documentation Assistant offer educational services?
Your Documentation Assistant can offer guidance or will do the work for you most of the time so education and training is not really necessary. However, if you would like to manage your own displays your DA will be happy to show you.
Can my Member Assistant do design work for me?
They can, and often rely on our internal design services team. Typical services are included with your subscription limited to showcasing and creating displays.
If you need support beyond what is provided with your subscription (which is unlikely), your DA can certainly research and see what design services might be required.
How about video or audio editing?
Much like design work, audio and video editing requires domain expertise which your DA will not be able to provide. If you're in a pinch to find a good editor though, your DA will gladly try to hunt down the best one for you!
